03x01: Writers?    Mon January 14, 2008 01:15 AM | Comments (0)

Episode 03x01 (23:54)
Season 3 has begun! We are going to try to run this as a weekly or at least biweekly show for this season.

Show notes:

Our attempt at a "scripted" show:

[ring ring, ring ring]
Urgo: Uh, hello, are you the writers?

It's not like we really want more reality tv, but things like American Gladiator do bring back memories... do you guys remember those women? .... yeah they could like crush me with one hand.

Well at least it gives shows like Heroes who admittedly screwed up last season, a method to end off the failure, and hopefully be better prepared for a season 3, Villians is coming.......

We at the aftercast have been severely effected by the writers strike, as I'm sure you'll see from our episode, so this is a call to all those striking writers...... HELP!

And now presenting.... 'The aftercast financial play of the week!' --- yeah if we knew that one we'd be sitting on the beach in the Gallapogoes. 'urgo: yeah well been there done that'
so back the point anything you guys see in the market? housing still dropping, US dollar below the canadian even, now that's depressing. Outcast, at least you're not hit by all of that.... are you?

Outcast: No I am not. I am getting payed in New Zealand Dollars now. I am thinking about changing my international hourly rate from USD to Euros.

(URGO Speaks in comptury voice) this is the operator breaking in, we have recovered your data, we know the truth, the authorities are on their way, stay where you are.....

someone breaks in: Urgo, stfu man, you seriously need to stop busting in on peoples calls we already know you listen to them at work all day.
